Welcome our Keynote Speaker, Bob Williams

Bob Williams is State coordinator of county and district fairs and fruit and vegetable marketing consultant for the Wisconsin State Department of Agriculture. His work with fairs still consists of visiting/inspecting 35 county fairs each year. He also is in charge of distributing state aid funds to 76 fairs and maintains a list of more than 3,000 registered judges. He takes about 500 photos each year of good and bad exhibits, landscaping, signage, and anything else that would be helpful in presenting workshops for fairs. Bob, who grew up on the largest, irrigated truck gardening farm in Wisconsin, is a former grocery store owner of 15 years, and a high school vocational agriculture teacher. He has a B.A. in Agricultural Education and an M.A. in Continuing and Adult Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
